The day starts at 7:30am with registration, and breakfast if you need it, at the Cat and Fiddle, in Sanur.
Buses will pick up the teams and take them up to the starting point in the central mountains of Bali.
The trihashlon starts with a choice of a long run and a short run following paper with the usual checkbacks and checkarounds.
When all four members of a team complete the run they can start the second stage, the mountain bike ride, which will be mostly downhill and finishing at the rafting start point.
When all four members of a team complete the bike ride they can start the final stage rafting down one of Bali's best known white water rafting rivers.
Refreshments are provided along the way. All bikes and rafts are supplied. Support staff are posted at strategic places.
After a relaxation period there will be dinner followed by the Trihashlon circle.
At the end of the day buses will take participants back to their hotels.
The Trihashlon dinner will be held on Saturday May 15th in Sanur.
